This policy explains what information the Showlixfy app (“Showlixfy”, “we”, “us”) collects when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store, and how that information is used.

Information we collect

When you install Showlixfy, Shopify shares basic store details with us so the app can work:

Your store name and myshopify domain
The store owner’s name and email address
Your app plan and billing status

The products you show in the Showlixfy block are loaded by your theme directly from Shopify. We do not copy or store your product catalog.

Your customers

Showlixfy does not collect personal information from people who visit your store. The block runs in the shopper’s browser to display and animate your products. It does not set cookies or track visitors.

How we use information

To provide and maintain the app
To answer support requests
To send important service emails, such as changes to the app or to this policy

We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the app, such as our hosting provider, and only as needed to provide the service. Billing is handled by Shopify.

Retention and deletion

We keep store information while Showlixfy is installed. When you uninstall the app, Shopify sends us a data erasure request and we delete your store information. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email us at showlixfy@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be shared by email.
