These terms apply to your use of the Showlixfy app for Shopify. By installing the app you agree to them.
The service
Showlixfy adds a 3D product carousel block to your Shopify theme. We may improve, change or add features over time.
Your store and content
You are responsible for your Shopify store, the products and images you display, and making sure you have the rights to use them.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify on your regular Shopify invoice. Current prices are shown in the app and on our App Store listing. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app. Charges already billed follow Shopify’s billing rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use Showlixfy to display unlawful content, to interfere with the app or its infrastructure, or to copy or resell the app.
Intellectual property
Showlixfy, including its code, design and brand, belongs to us. Your content stays yours.
Availability
We work to keep Showlixfy reliable, but the app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Showlixfy at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If you keep using Showlixfy after a change, the updated terms apply.
